摘　　要：目的通过对四川省8个市22个区5 756名40岁以上常住居民进行问卷调查,了解四川省骨质疏松的患病及人群防治现状,为四川省进行骨质疏松症的宣传教育和防提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷调查2015-01-09/12-31对调查地点常住居民进行调查。结果调查5 756人,患病率为12.94%,检出率为13.57%,骨量减少检出率为59.95%;随着年龄的增加骨质疏松症患者、检出患者增多,换病例。结论随着年龄的增加骨质疏松症患病率、检出率增加。Objective To understand the prevalence of osteoporosis and prevention through a questionnaire - based survey in 5 756 residents above 40 years old in 22 districts of eight cities in Sichuan so as to provide a basis for health education on and prevention of osteoporosis. Methods The awareness of osteoporosis and statusof the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis were evaluated using self - developed questionnaire during January9, 2015 to December 31, 2015. Results In the 5 756 surveyed residents, the incidence was 12.94%; the detection rate was 13.57%; the osteopenia detection rate was 59. 95%. The numbers of patientswith osteoporosis and osteopenia increased with age. Conclusion The incidence and detection rate of osteoporosis increase with age.
