摘　　要：绿色物流是物流产业发展的必然趋势,推进铁路货运经营转型升级,构建绿色物流体系,对落实国家供给侧改革战略目标,降低社会物流成本具有重要意义。通过阐述铁路货运经营现状,分析面临的主要问题,从发展环境、硬件基础设施、改革发展条件3个方面,探讨铁路货运发展绿色物流的有利条件,围绕铁路货运经营转型升级,提出大力推进物流基地建设、开发货运服务产品、推进铁路与其他企业的融合、营造良好政策环境等方面的对策。As green logistics is the inexorable trend of logistics development, it is of great importanceto promote rail freight business transformation and upgrading, and construct green logistics system,thus implementing supply-side reform strategic target and lowering logistics cost. Based on expoundingcurrent status of rail freight business and analyzing the main problems, this paper explores advantagesof green logistics of rail freight business development in terms of development environment, hardwareinfrastructure and reform development condition. And the author puts forwards the following solutionto rail freight business transformation and upgrading： pushing logistics base construction, developingfreight service products, integrating railway with other corporations, and building friendly policyenvironment, etc.
