摘　　要：中央政法委[2014]5号文的出台,对在监狱服刑的职务犯来说,改造生活出现了新的变化。对监狱来说,这一群体面临更严的刑罚惩罚。如何对他们进行改造,尤其是如何认定他们改造好,需要一个客观、真实、可操作的评估工作。从刑罚执行的政治效果、法律效果和社会效果三大向度出发,对当前职务犯的改造工作进行思考,可以破解监狱对职务犯教育改造所面临的新问题。The article No. [ 2014 ] 5 introduced by the Central Political and Law Commission has brought new chan- ges to the reformed life for the prisoners serving in prison. For the prison, the group has been facing a stricter pen- alty. How to remould them, especially how to identify them, needs an objective, real and operable assessment. From the three aspects of the political effect, the legal effect and the social effect of penalty execution, we can think about the transformation of the current duty offenders, and we can solve the new problems faced by prison in the ed- ucational reform of duty criminals.
