河南省综合医院法定传染病漏报情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省综合医院法定传染病报告情况,为制定针对性报告管理措施提供理论依据。方法采用多级抽样方法在全省范围内抽取13家综合医院开展调查。结果河南省综合医院传染病漏报率为11.43%,乙类和丙类传染病漏报率为9.24%和13.86%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.837,P=0.175);市区综合医院漏报率为8.25%,县区综合医院漏报率为15.97%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.990,P=0.025);门诊和住院部的漏报率分别为9.81%和13.97%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.420,P=0.233);使用电子病例系统的医疗机构漏报率显著高于未使用的医疗机构(χ~2=7.728,P=0.005)。结论河南省综合医院法定传染病报告存在薄弱环节,各地应采取各种措施进一步提高报告水平。Objective To know the missing reports of notifiable communicable diseases in general hospitals in Henan Province, to provide a theoretical basis for targeted management measures.Method Based on multistage sampling, 13 general hospitals were investigated in Henan Province.Results The average missing report rate of notifiable communicable diseases was 11.43 % in general hospitals in Henan Province. The missing report rates of class B and C notifiable communicable diseases was 9.24 % and 13.86% respectively, there was no significant difference（χ2=l.837, P=0.175）. The missing report rates in general hospitals in metropolitan areas and counties were 8.25 %and 15.97 %, there was significant difference χ2 =4.990,P=0.025）; The missing report rates in departments of outpatient and inpatient were 9.81% and 13.97 %, there was no significant difference （χ2=1.420, P=-0.233 ）; the missing report rate of medical institutions that use Hospital Information System was higher than the medical institutions without the Hospital Information System （χ2=7.728 ,P=0.005 ）. Conclusions There are still some weaknesses in the reporting of notifiable communicable diseases in general hospitals in Henan Province, it is still necessary to conduct various measures and methods for the further improvement.
