摘  要:采用Agilent 1260高效液相色谱仪,以乙腈-水为流动相,使用迪马C18(3.5um,100×4.6mm)色谱柱和紫外检测器,在220 nm波长下对试样中不同浓度异噁唑草酮悬浮剂进行液相色谱分析。结果表明,8.00ug a.i./L,250ug a.i./L异噁唑草酮悬浮剂的相对标准偏差RSD分别为6.78%、4.11%;平均回收率分别为88.4%、98.0%。该方法简便、快速、准确度高,可以满足异噁唑草酮的定性和定量分析。Using agilent 1260 HPLC, with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase, using C 18 (3.5um, 100x4.6mm) Dima chromatographic column and ultraviolet detector at 220 nm wavelength, the sample in different concentrations of isoxazole clomazone suspension were quantitatively analysed by HPLC.The results showed that the RSD of isoxazole clomazone suspension with 8.00ug a.i method is simple, fast and ./L, 250ug a.i./L, were 6.78%, 4.11%, respectively, and the recovery was 88.4%. 98.0%. The accurate, which can meet the qualitative and quantitative analysis of isoxazole.
