摘  要:将左右对称的液压泵泵盖设计在一套压铸模上,一模两件,降低了模具制造成本,提高了生产效率。对称式布局模具型腔、水平和斜下抽芯机构,模具结构紧凑,插入式型芯使型芯结构更合理,率先充填模具深腔的浇注系统及布置在分型面上的溢流槽优化了模具的排气和排渣能力。经实际生产验证,该模具结构经济合理,生产质量稳定,满足了泵盖压铸件的质量和生产要求。The hydraulic pump cover with left and right symmetrical structure was designed on a set of die casting die with two parts in one mould,which could reduce the cost of mould manufacturing and improve the production efficiency.The mould structure exhibits compact due to symmetrical layout cavity and horizontal and downcast core pulling mechanism.Core structure with the insert type core is more reasonable.The pouring system which is the first to fill the deep cavity of the mold and the overflow slot arranged on the parting surface can optimize the exhaust and slag discharge capacity of the die.The practical production shows that the die structure has the economical and reasonable features,and the production quality is stable,meeting the quality and production requirements.
