摘 要:以20CrMnTi H材料半轴齿轮为研究对象,通过对齿轮锻造工艺进行优化改进,在传统模具的基础上增加了独立顶杆机构,利用UG三维设计软件建立了汽车半轴齿轮锻压模型,使用DEFORM-3D仿真模拟软件对新工艺下的锻造过程进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:加入顶杆机构后,在720℃的预锻温度下,以6 mm·s^-1的合模速度先进行合模,再将顶杆以6 mm·s^-1速度顶入型腔,得到的工件充型完整,无折叠、裂纹等缺陷,齿轮零件内部材料均匀。利用模拟得到的合理参数,进行了生产验证,锻压出的齿轮产品与模拟结果相似,齿轮质量得到明显提升,模具寿命明显增加,从2000~3000件增加至10000件以上。For semi-axle gear 20CrMnTiH,the gear forging process was optimized and improved,and the independent ejection rod device was added based on traditional mold. Then,the automobile semi-axle gear forging model was established by three-dimensional design software UG,and the forging process under new technology was simulated by simulation software DEFORM-3D. The simulation results show that after adding the ejection rod,the mold is closed at a preheating temperature of 720 ℃,a closing mold speed of 6 mmos^-1,and then the ejection rod is pushed into the mold cavity at a speed of 6 mm·s^-1. Therefore,the shape of part is filled completely without folding,cracks and other defects,and internal material of gear is even. Furthermore,actual production is conducted by the rational parameters obtained by the simulation to verify,and the forged gear products are similar to the simulation results. Thus,the quality of the gear is obviously improved,and service life of the die increases obviously from producing 2000-3000 pieces to more than 10000 pieces.
