摘  要:针对某汽车发动机外板切边后出现的局部回弹量过大的问题,提出采用响应面法来构建多目标优化的模型。以平均回弹量的大小(φ1)和应力分布偏差函数(φ2)作为多目标回弹优化的目标函数,以最大减薄率(Δt1)和最大增厚率(Δt2)作为多目标优化模型的约束条件,采用分段式拉延筋阻力系数(x1~x4)和压边力(x5)作为优化的影响因素,并采用Design-Expert软件建立二阶响应面模型,得到最优的参数组合取值为:x1=16%,x2=60%,x3=15%,x4=20%,x5=700 kN。将优化后的参数组合方案进行实验验证,零件切边后回弹控制在2 mm以内,结果表明该方法能有效地对板料成形工艺参数进行优化,获得质量合格的产品零件。For the overlarge springback of an automobile engine outer panel after trimming,the multi-objective optimization model was constructed by response surface method( RSM). Then,with the average amount of springback( φ1) and stress distribution deviation function( φ2) set as objective function,the maximum reduction rate( Δt1) and the maximum thickening rate( Δt2) taken as the constraints of multi-objective optimization model,and the segmented drawbead resistance coefficient( x1-x4) and blank holder force( x5)selected as the effect factor of optimization,the second order response surface model was established by software Design-Expert,and the optimal combination of parameters were x1= 16%,x2= 60%,x3= 15%,x4= 20%,x5= 700 k N. Furthermore,the scheme of optimized combination of parameters was verified by experiments,and the springback was controlled within 2 mm. The result indicates that the method can effectively optimize the process parameters of sheet metal forming and obtain qualified products.
