摘  要:使用基于数字图像相关法(DIC)的ARAMIS系统测定了HSLA420低合金高强钢的拉伸性能及真实应力-应变曲线,并对HSLA420点焊接头进行了拉剪试验,通过ARAMIS系统得到了拉剪过程中点焊接头的应变。根据得到的HSLA420钢测试结果建立了HSLA420钢的点焊接头模拟模型,对点焊接头的拉剪过程进行了模拟。结果表明:受载侧靠近热影响区的母材区是HSLA420点焊接头的薄弱区域。模拟结果显示该位置的主应变及应力三轴度都最大,这为单元的断裂失效提供了有利条件。数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。The tensile properties and true stress-true strain curve of HSLA420 steel were tested by using the ARAMIS system based on digital image correlation method. The tensile shear test of HSLA420 spot welded joint was carried out, and the strain of spot welded joint in tensile shear process was obtained by using ARAMIS system. The simulation model of HSLA420 spot welded joint based on the test results of HSLA420 steel was established, and the tensile shear process of spot welded joint was simulated. The results show that the base metal area near the heat affected zone at the loading side is weak area of the HSLA420 spot welded joint. The simulation results show that the principal strain and stress triaxialities in this area are the biggest, which provides favorable condition for the failure of the element. The numerical simulation results agree well with experimental results.
