摘 要:为了提高电动汽车用铜质零件的耐磨性,利用电沉积方法在紫铜基材表面制备出Ni-W合金镀层。基于正交试验优化得到了最佳的工艺条件,并对最佳工艺条件下制备的Ni-W合金镀层的性能进行了测试。结果表明:最佳工艺条件下制备的Ni-W合金镀层为非晶态结构,表面平整,结构致密;平均表面硬度为4 413 MPa,是紫铜基材的4.5倍;耐磨性优于紫铜基材的,相同条件下的磨损失重量较低。Ni-W alloy coating was prepared on the the wear resistance of copper parts for electric determined through orthogonal experiment, and the surface of purple copper in order to improve car. The optimal process conditions were properties of the Ni-W alloy coating prepared with optimal process conditions were tested. Results showed that the Ni-W alloy coating prepared with optimal process conditions possesses an amorphous and compact structure, and smooth surface. The average surface hardness was 4 413 MPa, which was 4. 5 times of that of base material purple copper. Furthermore, the wear resistance was better than that of base material purple copper, the wear weight loss was lower under the same conditions.
