摘 要:向镁合金植酸处理液中添加NaVO_3,研究了NaVO_3对镁合金化学转化膜耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:加入NaVO_3后,镁合金化学转化膜表面的裂纹有细化和减少的趋势,化学转化膜呈现明显的容抗特性,交流阻抗可达3 800Ω,自腐蚀电流密度明显减小,而且化学转化膜的耐中性盐雾时间达到42h。Effect of adding NaVO3 to phytic acid treatment solution on the corrosion resistance of chemical conversion coating on AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied. Results showed that the cracks on the surface of chemical conversion coating on magnesium alloy were refined and decreased after adding NaVO3, and the chemical conversion coating presents the characteristics of capacitive reactance obviously. The alternating-current impedance could reach 3 800Ω, and the self-corrosion current density was obviously decreased. The chemical conversion coating was able to endure neutral salt spray for up to 42 h.
