摘  要:研究了高岭土、沸石、活性炭对电镀废水中COD和Cu^(2+)的吸附性能,其中活性炭的吸附性能最好。另外,研究了活性炭的投加量、pH值、吸附时间及吸附温度对电镀废水处理效果的影响。得到最佳的吸附条件为:吸附温度25℃,吸附时间50 min,pH值6,活性炭的投加量1.0g/100mL。活性炭吸附等温线与Langmuir方程具有很好的拟合性,表明活性炭吸附电镀废水中COD和Cu^(2+)是以物理吸附为主的单分子层吸附过程。The adsorption capacity of kaoline, zeolite and activated carbon for COD and Cu2+ in electroplating wastewater was studied. Among them, the adsorption capacity of activated carbon was the best. Besides, the effects of dosage of activated carbon, pH value of solution, adsorption time and adsorption temperature on electroplating wastewater treatment effect was investigated. Results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions were as follows: adsorption temperature 25 ℃, adsorption time 50 rain, pH value 6, dosage of activated carbon 1. 0 g/100 mL. The adsorption isotherms of activated carbon had good fitting with Langmuir equation, indicating that the adsorption of COD and Cu2+ in electroplating wastewater by activated carbon was a physical adsorption mainly monolayer adsorption process.
