摘 要:采用AlCl_3·6H_2O、正硅酸乙酯作为改性剂,制备了Al-MMT和Al-Si-MMT吸附剂,并研究了这两种吸附剂对电镀废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力。研究了反应时间、吸附剂的投加量及溶液pH值对吸附过程的影响。结果表明:当反应时间为20min、吸附剂的投加量为0.4g、溶液pH值为6~7时,吸附剂对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果最佳;其中Al-Si-MMT的吸附效果最好,对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可以达到98%以上。Al-MMT and Al-Si-MMT adsorbents were prepared using AlCl3 · 6H2O and TEOS as modifier, and the adsorption capacity of the two adsorbents for Cr (VI) in electroplating wastewater was studied. Moreover, the influences of reaction time, dosage of adsorbent and pH value of solution on the adsorption process were also studied. Results showed that the two adsorbents had the best adsorption capacity for Cr(VI) when reaction time was 20 min, dosage of absorbent was 0.4 g, and pH value of solution was 6-7. Among them, the adsorption capacity of Al-Si-MMT was the best, and the removal rate of Cr(VI) could reach more than 98%.
