摘  要:微动磨损是风力发电机转盘轴承的主要失效模式,研制了抗微动磨损性能良好的风力发电机转盘轴承润滑脂。经过配方考察,风力发电机转盘轴承润滑脂的基础油为合成酯与聚α-烯烃调合油,40℃运动黏度135.0 mm^2/s^145.0 mm^2/s,稠化剂为复合锂皂,添加有3.0%的磷系和钼盐复配的抗磨极压剂,0.5%的石油磺酸盐防锈剂,0.5%的羧酸及其衍生物抗腐蚀剂,0.5%的胺抗氧剂及0.5%的酚抗氧剂。研制的润滑脂工作锥入度330单位,滴点305℃,铜片腐蚀1b,EMCOR防锈试验(1.0%盐水)0级,氧化压力降23 k Pa,-40℃启动转矩0.175 N·m,-40℃运转转矩0.036 N·m,烧结负荷3089 N,微动磨损为0 mg,FE9轴承寿命试验为192.86 h。研制的润滑脂抗微动磨损性能优良,达到了研制目的。Fretting wear was the main failure mode of the wind turbine slewing bearings, and a wind turbine slewing bearings grease with good anti-fretting wear performance was researched.After investigation of the formula, the base oil of the wind turbine slewing bearings grease was a blending oil of synthetic ester and polyalphaolefin which the kinematic viscosity at 40℃ was 135.0 mm^2/s-145.0 mm2/s.And the thickener was lithium complex soap, which added 3.0% phosphorus and molybdenum salt compound anti-wear extreme pressure additive, 0.5% petroleum sulfonate rust inhibitor, 0.5% carboxylie acid and its derivative anti-corrosion agent, 0.5% amine antioxidant and 0.5% phenolic antioxidant.Its cone penetration was 330 units, dropping point was 305℃, copper corrosion was lb, EMCOR rust test (1.0% brine )was 0 level, the oxidative pressure drop was 23 kPa,-40℃ starting torque was 0.175 N-m,-40℃ operating torque was 0.036 N-re,welding load was 3089 N,fretting wear was 0 mg, FE9 bearing life test was 192.86 h.The anti-fretting wear performance of developed grease was excellent and reached the research purpose.
