测绘地理信息领域政府购买公共服务政策探析

摘　　要：在研究分析党中央国务院和政府有关部门关于政府购买服务相关政策的基础上,从购买主体、承接主体以及业务范围等内容出发,分析了测绘地理信息领域政府购买服务的实际情况,并结合全面深化改革的要求和事业转型升级的需要,提出了进一步加强测绘地理信息领域政府购买服务的具体建议。On the basis of studying and analyzing the relevant policies of the State Council of the Party Central Committee and the State Council＇s strategic plan for government purchasing public services, the author analyzes the present condition of government purchasing service in the field of Surveying and Geo-information, which is from aspects of the main purchase bodies, the undertaking bodies and the purchase scope. Combined with the requirements of comprehensive deepening and the need for the transformation and upgrading, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions to further strengthen the government purchase service in the field of Surveying and geo -information.
