摘 要:在脲醛复合肥的干燥过程中,既要严格控制温度,又要控制干燥空气的湿度,以防止副反应的发生。空气半开放半循环微粉-流化床两级干燥技术包括恒速干燥过程和降速干燥过程,恒速干燥采用微粉干燥技术,降速干燥采用流化床干燥技术,可在保证脲醛复合肥性能的同时使其得到干燥。由于恒速干燥所需的热量来自降速干燥的余热,因此与单一气流干燥和单一流化床干燥技术相比,空气半开放半循环微粉-流化床两级干燥技术可显著降低干燥能耗。During the drying process of urea-formaldehyde compound fertilizer, it is necessary to strictly control the temperature and humidity of dry air to prevent the occurrence of side reactions. The two-stage drying technology of air semi-open and semi-circulation micro-powder fluidized bed includes constant speed drying process and falling rate drying process. The constant speed drying process adopts powder drying technology, and failing rate drying process uses fluidized bed ensures the performance of urea-formaldehyde compound fertilizer as well as required for constant speed drying from waste heat of falling drying drying technology, which it. Due to the heat rate drying, compared with single airflow drying and the single fluidized bed drying technology, two-stage drying technology of air semi-open and semi-circulation micro-powder fluidized bed can significantly reduce the energy consumption of drying.
