摘　　要：贫困问题是发展经济学最为关注的问题。改革开放后我国推行的扶贫解困战略,特别是精准扶贫的工作举措,体现了社会主义制度优越性和党为人民服务的宗旨,也是现代"多维扶贫"理论的成功实践。扶贫目标中包含收入和生活质量多维目标;扶贫方法中包含提高收入、均衡教育、住房供给、产业调整等多种渠道;扶贫主体包括财政、民政、卫生等多个政府相关部门;扶贫结果体现在总体生活质量改进的多个侧面。在国际学术界研究新的多维贫困理论和方法时,中国共产党和政府通过精准扶贫战略,已在实践中从事着"多维扶贫"的崭新事业。尽快确定并公布我国的多维贫困标准,有利于宣传扶贫"中国故事",也可能使脱贫"中国方案"成为他国之鉴,并为研究多维贫困的新理论和新方法提供丰富多样的实践经验。The problem of poverty is the most important issue in the development economics. After the reform and opening up, China 's poverty alleviation strategies, especially the precise poverty alleviation measures,reflect not only the superiority of the socialist system and the purpose of the party serving the people,but also the successful practice of modern theory of "multidimensional poverty alleviation ":poverty multidimensional objectivesincludemultiple objectives such as income and quality of life; poverty alleviationmethods include channels of improving income,balancing education,the supply of housing,industrial restructuring and other channels; poverty alleviation bodies includes a plurality of relevant government departments of finance,civil affairs,health; poverty alleviation results show improvementsin the overall quality of life. When the international academic circles study the new theory and method of multidimensional poverty,the Chinese CPC and governments,through the strategy of precise poverty alleviation, have been carrying out the brand new enterprise of "multi-dimensional poverty alleviation". Identifying and publicizing China's M ultidimensional Poverty standard as soon as possible w ill help to publicize the "China story " of poverty alleviation,enable the "China plan " ofpoverty alleviation to serve as a mirror for other countries,and provide rich and practical experiences for the study of new theories and methods of multidimensional poverty.
