摘  要:以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)LG 501 S为改性剂,70#沥青为基质沥青,减三糠醛抽出油为相容剂,制备出SBS改性沥青,分别采用离析实验、动态剪切流变(DSR)实验、荧光显微镜考察了改性沥青储存稳定性评价指标。结果表明:随着改性剂掺入量的增大,改性沥青的软化点、离析软化点差及其平均值均增加,离析软化点平均值与软化点2条曲线所围成的面积增大;随着发育时间延长,改性沥青的车辙因子、离析率先增大后减小;随着改性剂掺入量增大,改性沥青的车辙因子、离析率增大;在改性剂掺入量为2%~4%(占基质沥青的质量分数)时,改性沥青离析率与离析软化点差的线性拟合性良好;增加改性剂的掺入量,SBS在沥青中的粒径及分布率变大。The styrene- butadiene- styrene block copolymer(SBS) modified asphalts were prepared with SBS LG 501 S as modifier,70^# asphalt as matrix asphalt and the vacuum third line distillate as compatibilizer. The storage stability evaluation indexes of modified asphalts were studied by segregation experiment,dynamic shear rheological (DSR) experiment and fluorescence microscopy respectively. The results showed that with the increase of modifier content, softening point, D - value of softening point and its average value rose too, and the area of the two curves including the average value of softening points and the softening points expanded also. With the extension of developmental time,the rutting factor and segregation ratio of modified asphalt increased and then decreased. With the increase of modifier incorporation, the rutting factor and segregation rate of modified asphalt increased. When the modifier incorporation was 2% -4% (the mass fraction in matrix asphalt), the linear fit of segregation ratio and the softening point difference of the modified asphalt was good. With the addition of modifier incorporation, the particle size and distribution of SBS in asphalt became larger.
