通脉降浊汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛痰浊血瘀证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通脉降浊汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)稳定型心绞痛痰浊血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月辽宁中医药大学附属医院心内一科门诊以及住院的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片、比索洛尔、阿托伐他汀口服治疗,治疗组给予阿司匹林肠溶片、比索洛尔联合通脉降浊汤口服治疗。结果:两组心绞痛疗效比较,对照组有效率78.33%,治疗组有效率88.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组心电图疗效比较,治疗组有效率63.33%,对照组有效率50.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05),两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通脉降浊汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛痰浊血瘀证疗效显著,能改善患者三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Dredging Meridians and Removing Turbidity on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients who were treated in Intracardiac No. 1 department outpatient clinic and hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM,between January 2016 and January 2017 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,bisoprolol and atorvastatin orally. The treatment group was given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,bisoprolol combined with Decoction for Dredging Meridians and Removing Turbidity. Results： In terms of the efficacy of angina pectoris in two groups,the effective rate of the treatment group was 78. 33%,while that of the control group was 88. 33%; And the treatment group was better than the control group（P 0. 05）. In terms of the efficacy of electrocardiogram,the effective rate of the treatment group was 63.33%,while that of the control group was50. 00%; And the treatment group was better than the control group（P 0. 05）. After the treatment,the two groups＇ three serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were all higher than those before the treatment（P 0. 05）,and the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Decoction for Dredging Meridians and Removing Turbidity has a remarkable clinical curative effect on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,can improve the patients＇ three serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels.
