平衡推拿法治疗小儿脑性瘫痪膝反张临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平衡推拿法治疗小儿脑性瘫痪膝反张的疗效。方法:选取2014年11月至2016年12月期间在本校门诊部和昆明某三甲医院康复科收治的脑性瘫痪伴有膝反张的患儿60例,随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组按照目前国内康复界应用于脑瘫膝反张的运动疗法进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予平衡推拿法治疗。同时记录观察组和对照组患儿治疗前和治疗4个疗程后的膝关节反张角度,并根据所得数据进行统计学分析,作出疗效评价。结果:观察组治疗后膝反张角度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率86.67%,对照组有效率73.33%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平衡推拿法结合康复治疗与单纯康复治疗均能缩小膝反张角度,缓解关节囊和周围韧带松弛,降低膝周肌群肌张力,增加肌力,改善膝关节运动功能,且平衡推拿法结合康复有优于单纯康复治疗的治疗效果。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of balance massage in treating cerebral palsy（CP） in children combined with back tension of the knee. Methods： Sixty children with CP combined with back tension of the knee who were treated in our school＇s out-patient department and rehabilitation department of certain Kunming hospital of the Third Grade Class between November 2014 and December 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with exercise therapy according to the current rehabilitation therapy applied to cerebral palsy,and the observation group was given balance massage on the basis of the control group＇s treatment. At the same time,the knee joint reverse angle of the observation group and the control group before and after4 courses of treatment were recorded,and the curative effects were evaluated based on the data obtained. Results： After the treatment,the knee joint tension angle in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P 0. 05）. The effective rate in the observation group was 86. 67%,and that in the control group was 73. 33%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Both Balance massage combined with rehabilitation and simple rehabilitation can reduce knee hyperextension angle,relieve joint capsule and ligament relaxation,reduce knee muscle tension,increase muscle strength,improve the knee joint motion function,and the balance massage combined with rehabilitation is better than simple rehabilitation treatment.
