紫草纱条对癌症晚期深度压疮患者白细胞、伤口面积、渗液量、疼痛评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察紫草纱条对癌症晚期深度压疮患者评价指标的影响。方法:将55例癌症晚期深度压疮患者随机分为两组,试验组27例采用紫草纱条换药4周,对照组28例采用康惠尔泡沫敷料贴换药4周。通过观察两组患者治疗前后白细胞指标、伤口面积、渗液量、疼痛评分四项指标的改变,并在换药第0天、第7天、第14天、第28天取坏死组织制作成病理切片,观察炎性细胞变化趋势,评价两种换药方法的疗效及差异。结果:两组患者换药后白细胞、渗液量、疼痛评分均较换药前明显改善,且组间比较试验组在改善患者疼痛与伤口渗液量方面较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病理切片高倍镜下观察,两组切片中炎性分泌物均随时间明显减少。结论:紫草纱条可有效降低癌症晚期深度压疮患者的炎性反应,减少伤口的渗出,减轻患者疼痛。Objective： To observe the influence of lithospermum gauze on evaluating indexes of deep bedsore of patients with advanced cancer. Methods： Fifty-five advanced cancer patients with deep bedsore were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The experimental group used lithospermum gauze for 4 weeks,and the control group used Kanghuier foam dressing for 4 weeks. Then the changes of white blood cells,wound area,drainage volume,pain score before and after the treatment in the two groups were detected. On the o day,the 7 th day,the 14 th day and 28 th day after dressing change respectively,the necrotic tissues were made into pathological sections to observe the change of inflammatory cell trend,and evaluate the curative effect and difference of the two kinds of method of dressing change. Results： After dressing change,the two groups＇ white blood cells,exudation,pain scores were significantly improved than before the dressing change. In terms of improving pain and wound exudation,the experiment group was better than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（P 0. 05）. The pathological section observation at high magnification showed that both the two sections＇ arthritis secretion significantly reduced with time. Conclusion： Lithospermum gauze can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of advanced cancer patients with deep bedsore,reduce the exudation of the wound and relieve the pain of the patients.
