科研人员对自存储的认知及参与行为研究综述

摘　　要：文章以国内外文献调研为基础,就科研人员对自存储的认知及认可、参与行为现状及影响因素等研究进行了梳理与综述,结果表明,科研人员对自存储的认知度和参与行为现状不够理想,但呈现出稳中有升的态势,相比之下,科研人员对自存储的认可度较高;支持科研成果免费开放的理念、提升科研绩效等因素对科研人员参与自存储起促进作用,而不够了解、对版权纠纷及自存储质量的担忧则是阻碍因素。此外,科研人员的自存储参与行为还存在着学科差异。Based on the literature retrieval and analysis, this paper makes a review of researchers＇ cognition, attitude, status and affecting factors of participative behavior towards self-arehiving. The results show that, the cognition and status of participative behavior are less-than-ideal, while the situation improved gradually. By contrast, researchers have positive attitude towards self-archiving. Supporting the idea that research output should be open access, and improving research performance have promoting effect on self-archiving, while the barriers include little understanding, anxious about the copyright conflict and quality etc. In addition, there is disciplinary difference in the participative behaviors of self-archiving.
