孕三烯酮联合宫瘤清胶囊可提高超声介入对卵巢囊肿的治疗

摘　　要：为了探讨孕三烯酮单用和联合宫瘤清胶囊对超声介入治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效影响,本研究选取2014年9月至2015年9月我科室收治的80例卵巢囊肿患者,按随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,对两组患者均进行超声介入治疗。术后对对照组给予3个月的孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,观察组给予3个月的孕三烯酮胶囊联合宫瘤清胶囊治疗,并对比观察两组的临床疗效、激素水平及1年复发率。经过临床分析,观察组的临床治疗总有效率为97.96%,显著高于对照组的88.24%（p〈0.05）;治疗后,两组患者的促黄体酮（LH）、血卵泡刺激素（FSH）和雌激素（E2）的激素水平明显低于治疗前（p〈0.05）,且观察组更优（p〈0.05）;观察组1年复发率为11.7%,显著低于对照组（p〈0.05）。结果表明,孕三烯酮联合宫瘤清胶囊可有效提高超声介入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效,同时降低患者激素水平和1年复发率,值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。In order to explore the effect of gestrinone alone and combined use with Gongliuqing capsules on the treatment of ovarian cyst with the help of the ultrasound intervene technology,this research selected 80 cases of ovarian cyst patients from February 2014 to January 2015 in our department as the research object.Patients were divided into observation group and control group using the method of a random number table.The patients of both groups were taken ultrasound intervene treatment.After surgery,control group were given three months of gestrinone capsules treatment while the observation group were given three months of gestrinone capsules and Gongliuqing capsules treatment.We observed the clinical curative effect,hormone levels and recurrence rate in 1 year of the two groups.Through clinical analysis,the total effective rate of clinical treatment of observation group was 97.96%.It was significantly higher than the control group,which was 88.24%（p〈0.05）.After treatment,the LH,FSH,and E2 levels of the two groups were lower than that before（p〈0.05）.What’s more,and the observation group were better than the control group（p〈0.05）.Moreover,the recurrence rate in 1 year of the observation group was 11.7%.It was much lower than the control group（p〈0.05）.The result showed that the combined use of gestrinone and Gongliuqing capsules could improve the treatment of ovarian cyst with the help of the ultrasound intervene technology.It also could reduce the patient＇s hormone levels and recurrence rate in 1-year,as well as could be further promoted and used in clinical.
