摘　　要：弹状病毒（rhabdovirus）是一类有包膜的负链RNA病毒,其宿主范围广泛,包括哺乳动物、鸟类、爬行动物、鱼类、昆虫以及植物等。大多数的弹状病毒是动植物重要病原,具有较强的致病性。解析病毒基因组及功能基因可为该病毒的致病机理、与宿主的互作机制以及疫苗研制等相关研究提供理论依据。本综述对弹状病毒的分类、基因组结构、结构蛋白及非结构蛋白功能等方面研究进行概述、归纳与简评,旨在为弹状病毒相关研究提供借鉴。Rhabdovirus is a kind of enveloped negative-stand RNA virus, and it can infect a wide range of hosts,including mammals, birds, reptiles, fish, insects, plants and so on. Most rhabdoviruses with strong pathogenicity are important pathogens for animals and plants. The analyses of rhabdoviruses genomes and functional genes can provide the theoretical basis for related research on rhabdoviruses, such as the pathogenesis, host-virus interaction and vaccines development. In this review, classification, genome structure, structure proteins and non-structure proteins functions, etc. of the rhabdoviruses were summarized, concluded and briefly remarked, and it was aiming at providing the reference for rhabdoviruses＇ study.
