摘　　要："平台"一词的兴起是互联网技术与共享经济发展的关键节点,也是数据传播方式发生实质性转变的重要象征。在共享经济运作过程中,平台作为独立第三方创设交易规则、提供交易渠道,并以此为基础收集和获取了大量的用户个人信息。伴随着线上交易量的指数型增长与平台的持续完善,这些个人信息积少成多,已从最初的辅助型资源转变为共享经济的核心商业资源之一,被商家和平台视为重要经营资产加以利用与保护。然而正因为个人信息价值的凸显,持有相关数据的经济活动主体往往希望将这种价值最大化,导致信息的获取与共享发生异化,用户个人信息遭受侵犯的现象日益频发。本文从一则个人信息保护案例入手,探讨公民个人信息权的权利属性、个人信息与个人隐私的相互关系以及具体的应用与保护路径,充分运用法社会学中的统计分析方法,旨在构建一套完整的公民个人信息保护机制。The rise of the term ＂platform＂ is a key node in the development of Internet technology and sharing economy, and it is also an important symbol of the substantial transformation of the mode of data transmission. In the course of sharing economy, the platform, as an independent third party, creates trading rules and provides trading channels. Based on this, a great deal of user personal information is collected and obtained. With the exponential growth of online transaction volume and the continuous improvement of the platform, personal information has transformed from the original auxiliary resources into one of the core business resources of the sharing economy. They are regarded as important operations by businesses and platforms assets to be used and protected. However, precisely because of the prominence of the value of personal informa- tion, the main body of economic activity holding the relevant data often hopes to maximize the value, resulting in the aliena- tion of access and sharing of information and the frequent infringement of user personal information. This article starts from a case of personal information protection, explores the rights and interests of citizens＇ personal information right, the rela- tionship between personal information and personal privacy, and the concrete application and protection path. It makes full use of the statistical analysis method in legal sociology to construct a complete set of personal information protection mecha- nism for citizens.
