摘　　要：郁仁存教授认为非小细胞肺癌多因正气亏虚,邪毒入侵,气机不利,气血痰毒搏结而成,故临床治疗时强调在辨证论治的基础上,结合临床分期、病理类型等处方用药,并将非小细胞肺癌大致分为以下几个类型:(1)阴虚毒热型。治以养阴清热,解毒散结,常用药物:南沙参、北沙参、生地黄、麦冬等。(2)痰湿蕴肺型。常以健脾化痰,解毒清肺为法,方用二陈汤加苍术、制南星等治之。(3)气滞毒瘀型。常见于中晚期患者,治以理气化滞,活血解毒。常用药物:枳壳、桔梗、降香等。(4)肺肾两虚型。多见于晚期患者,治以温肾健脾,益气解毒。常用药物:生黄芪、党参、茯苓、炒白术等。Professor Yu Rencun holds the point that non-small cell lung cancer is caused by positive Qi deficiency,invasion of pathogenic Qi,disorder of Qi movement,obstruction of Qi,stasis,phlegm and poison.In clinical treatment,he emphasizes on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,we should combined with clinical staging,pathological types of prescription medication,and divide non-small cell lung cancer into the following categories：（1） Yin deficiency poison-heat syndrome.Treatment with nourishing Yin and clearing heat,detoxification and removing stasis.Commonly used drugs：Nanshashen（Ladybell Root）,Beishashen（Coastal Glehnia Root）,Shengdihuang（Radix Rehmanniae）,Maidong（Ophiopogon Japonicas） and so on.（2）Phlegmdamp obstructing the lung,treatment with tonifying spleen and removing phlegm,such as Erchen Tang and Cangzhu（Atractylodes Lancea）,Zhinanxing（Rhizoma Arisaematis）,and so on.（3）Syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and poison obstruction.It is commonly seen in patients with middle and late stage,which is treated with conditioning Qi and invigorating the circulation of blood and detoxification.Commonly used drugs：Zhike（Fructus Aurantii）,Jiegeng（Platycodon Grandiflorum）,Jiangxiang（Dalbergiae） and so on.（4）Lung and kidney deficiency.It is more commonly seen in patients with advanced disease.It is commonly seen in patients with middle and late stage,which is treated with warming kidney and tonifying spleen,investigating Qi and detoxification.Common medicines：Shenghuangqi（Astragalus）,Dangshen（Codonopsis）,Fuling（Poria Cocos）,Chaobaizhu（Fried Atractylodes）,etc.
