摘　　要：便秘是癌症患者应用阿片类药物和化疗药物最主要的不良反应,阿片类药物所导致的便秘的成因是肠蠕动减弱,属于中医气机失调的范畴,肿瘤的各个时期内因为阿片类药物所致的便秘都有气虚的存在。化疗药物所致的便秘可分为很多种,因使用5-羟色胺受体拮抗剂所致者,属气虚的范畴;因骨髓抑制导致的贫血所致者,属于血虚的范畴,血虚日久导致津液亏虚,进而可表现为阴虚型便秘。因此在治疗上,单攻其邪则正气必败,只补其虚则标实难除,故应补虚与通便俱下,以达到祛邪扶正的目的。Constipation is an adverse reaction of cancer patients for opioids and chemotherapeutic drugs mainly,causes of the opioid constipation is weakened peristalsis,belongs to the Chinese medicine Qi category,each period of tumor because of opioid induced constipation with Qi deficiency exists.The chemotherapy induced constipation can be divided into many types,due to the use of 5-serotonin receptor antagonist,Qi deficiency due to anemia caused by category;inhibition leads to bone marrow,blood deficiency belongs to the category of blood falling for body fluid deficiency,which can be expressed as Yin deficiency type constipation.Therefore,in the treatment,single attack the evil is righteousness will be lost,only make up the deficiency of standard should be difficult to remove,tonifying deficiency and defection,in order to achieve the purpose of strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil.
