基于专家经验的胃癌辨治探讨

摘　　要：胃癌是在脾胃亏虚的基础上,在外感、内伤等多种因素的长期相互作用下,引起气滞、血瘀、痰浊、癌毒等一系列病理产物结聚而致,即"成于气血痰毒之瘀滞"。故治疗应从整体观念出发,根据辨证分期施治;同时依于病机,谨遵病证结合,驱邪勿忘补虚,补虚勿忘调气,理脾胃勿忘调肝肾,联合应用具有抗肿瘤作用的药物,以达到较好的治疗效果。Due to the Spleen and Stomach deficiency,Gastric Cancer comes into being with the clustering of a series of pathological products such as Qi stagnation,Blood stasis,Phlegm and Cancer evil under the influence of inner and outer evils for a long time,which can be said as ＂being from the stasis and stagnation of Qi,Blood,Phlegm and Evil＂. Therefore,the treatment of the disease should be based on syndrome differentiation and the different characteristics of the different period of the disease. Besides,by combining the disease with the syndrome in treatment,by combining the dispelling evil method and tonifying the deficiency as well as regulating Qi,by combining regulating Spleen and stomach with regulating Liver and Kidney,the anti-tumor drugs should be used jointly in clinic,in order to achieve better therapeutic effect.
