摘　　要：目的了解"十二五"(2011-2015年)期间广东省医疗卫生资源配置公平性及发展趋势,为广东省制定"十三五"医疗卫生服务体系规划提供参考。方法运用经济学的Lorenz曲线计算Gini系数以及HRDI(卫生资源密度指数)数学模型对广东省"十二五"(2011-2015年)期间医疗卫生资源配置进行公平性分析。结果 (1)医疗卫生资源人口学配置明显优于地理学配置;(2)医疗卫生资源配置硬件资源公平性明显优于软件资源;(3)医疗卫生资源配置区域性差异显著。结论建议广东省"十三五"期间一方面要继续加大医疗卫生投入,另一方面也要强化政策引导,着重优化卫生人力资源的区域配置和内部结构,从而提高医疗卫生资源配置的公平性。Objective To analyze the equality and development trend of health care resource allocation in Guangdong from2011 to 2015, and then to provide reference for Guangdong province to develop the ＂13 thFive-Year＂ medical and health service system planning. Methods The Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient and Health resource density index were applied to conduct health resources allocation equity evaluation during the 12 thfive-year plan period（2011-2015） of Guangdong province. Results（1） The population allocation of medical and health resources is obviously superior to that of geography.（2）The equality of the hardware resource allocation is better than that of the software resource allocation.（3） There were distinct regional differences in medical and health resources allocation. Conclusion Investment on health resource should be further increased. On the other hand, we should also strengthen policy guidance, and focus on optimizing the regional allocation and internal structure of health human resources, so as to improve the equality of the allocation of medical and health resources.
