摘　　要：目的分析全国具有代表性的血站血液筛查实验室（简称血站实验室）的资源配置情况,综合比较评价实验室间资源配置的差异,为改善实验室管理提供依据。方法设计《血站血液筛查实验室基本情况调查问卷》,对15家不同规模血站实验室的人员、设备和基础设施配备3个方面进行调查,使用TOPSIS法进行综合评价。结果血站实验室A的资源配置评价最高,相对接近度Ci为0.723,血站实验室E的资源评价最低,Ci为0.246。规模较大实验室的Ci为0.660,中小规模实验室的Ci为0.340。结论各个血站实验室人员、设备和基础设施配备水平有较大的差异,规模较大实验室的整体资源配备情况要优于中小规模实验室,应合理调配人力资源、及时更新设备、加强实验室基础建设,以保障血液检测的质量。Objective This study aims to investigate the current status of the blood screening laboratories and comprehensively evaluate the difference between these laboratories to provide valuable reference data for quality improvement. Methods A total of 15 blood screening laboratories（represented in the alphabet order） from blood centers and center blood banks attended the questionnaire survey,which is a TOPSIS based comprehensive evaluation. Results Laboratory A received the highest Ci value at 0. 702 8 while laboratory E had the lowest Ci at 0. 214 2. The average Ci for large laboratories is 0. 660 and the average Ci of medium and small laboratories is 0. 246. Conclusion The staff,instrument and utility status of each blood screening laboratory differed greatly. In general,the resources management in larger laboratories is better than the medium and small laboratories. To ensure quality blood test,each laboratory should possess adequate staff,updated equipment and improved utility condition.
