摘  要:以咪唑作为封闭剂,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和三乙胺(TEA)为原料制备了封闭型水性多异氰酸酯乳液。采用FTIR表征了乳液结构,由热失重法分析了咪唑的解封温度,探讨了不同R值、DMPA含量和中和度对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:采用预聚体后封端的方法制备出了一系列阴离子水性多异氰酸酯乳液,当预聚体R值为2.0,亲水单体DMPA质量分数为6%,中和度为100%时乳液性能较好。The waterborne blocked polyisocyanate emulsions were prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polyether diol,dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) and triethylamine(TEA) as main components and imidazole as blocked agent. The structure of the emulsion was characterized by FT-IR,and the deblocking temperature of the imidazole was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis. The effects of R value,DMPA content and neutralization degree on the emulsion properties were also investigated. The results showed that a series of anion waterborne blocked polyisocyanate emulsions were successfully synthesized by the method of prepolymer end-capping.When the prepolymer R value,hydrophilic monomer DMPA content and the neutralization degree was 2.0,6% and 100%,respectively,the emulsion exhibited excellent comprehensive properties.
