摘　　要：二战后期苏联出兵东北,苏联在国民党与共产党之间摇摆不定、态度模糊。作为中间地带的共产党领导下的中国革命紧紧依靠苏联,建立东北革命根据地,武装夺取政权,实现新民主主义革命的胜利。王肃等人带领黑河人民开展艰苦卓越的斗争,完成建党、建军、建政工作,进一步展示战后边境地区黑河中共与苏共之间错综复杂的关系。The Soviet union dispatches troops the northeast China during later World War II; and the Soviet union take the ambiguous attitude by wavering between the Nationalist Party and the Communist Part. The Chinese revolution under the leadership of the Communist Party which takes the middle ground establishes the revolutionary base in northeast China, seizes power by armed the armed force, and achieves the victory of the new-democratic revolution by firmly relying on the Soviet union. The Heihe people led by Wang Shu, etc, carry out the hard struggle and complete hhe work of building party, government and army, which further shows the intricate relations between the Communist Party of Heihe China and the communist Party of the Soviet union in the post-war border region.
