摘 要:针对低温条件下多级AO工艺脱氮效果差的问题,研究了增设组合填料强化多级AO工艺脱氮效果的可行性。试验结果表明,通过增设组合填料可以有效强化低温条件下多级AO工艺的脱氮效果。在进水温度为11~13℃时,多级AO工艺无填料时,出水ρ(NH_4^+-N)和ρ(TN)平均值分别为16.37,22.33 mg/L,远高于GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准要求;在系统好氧区悬挂填料后出水ρ(NH_4^+-N)和ρ(TN)分别为0.83,11.92 mg/L,可达一级A标准。同时,悬挂填料后系统出水ρ(COD)平均为26 mg/L,较无填料时降低了12 mg/L。In order to solve the problem that low temperature resulted in low nitrogen removal efficiency,we added combined carrier and investigated its improving effect on the nitrogen removal performance of multistage AO process. The results showed that the nitrogen removal efficiency of multistage AO process could be improved by adding combined carrier under low temperature condition. When the influent temperature was 11 ~ 13 ℃,the average effluent concentration of NH_4~+-N and TN with non-carrier was 16. 37,22. 33 mg/L,respectively,which was higher than the first level A discharge standard of"Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant"( GB 18918—2002). However,the effluent concentration of NH_4~+-N and TN was 0. 83,11. 92 mg/L,respectively,when the combined carrier was suspended in aerobic zone. In this case,the effluent met the first level A discharge standard. Meanwhile,the average effluent COD concentration was 26 mg/L when adding combined carrier,and decreased by more than 12 mg/L compared with non-carrier.
