摘　　要：为保障医务人员的职业安全与健康,系统性地解决医务人员的职业安全与健康管理问题,本研究采用文献回顾法,总结目前医疗机构与职业伤害相关因素,结果发现医疗机构职业伤害与医务人员所处的医院环境、职业特色以及自身因素有关,提出医疗机构职业安全与健康管理体系构建的框架和内容主要包括协调、日常保障及职业暴露诊断评估与处置随访,为医疗机构职业安全与健康管理体系构建提供参考。To ensure the occupational safety and health of the medical staff in China and to solve this problem system- atically, the paper summarizes the occupational injury related factors at present based on literature review. The results show that the occupational injury is related with hospital environment, occupational characteristics and factors of the medical staff. So we come up with the framework and details of occupational safety and the disposalof health manage- ment system, mainly including coordination, routine guarantee, occupational exposure assessment and the disposal of follow-up. This rudiment can give medical institutions advice on establishment of occupational safety and health man- agement system.
