摘　　要：介绍了TD处理工艺流程和相关工艺参数控制、TD处理后焊接部位不形成膜的解决措施,通过6种焊条试验后的数据(膜厚、硬度、缺陷等),筛选出2种最合适的焊条以及TD处理后使用维护过程中的相关注意事项等,为厂家提供一定的参考。The TD control process and related parameters were presented, and the solutionto form a film at the welding areas after TD treatment was put forward. Through the testdata from 6 kinds of covered electrode （film thickness, hardness, defect etc.）, two kinds ofthe most suitable were screened. The related matters needing attention in the usage andmaintenance process after TD treatment were summarized, which could provide some refer-ence for the manufacturers.
