摘 要:北京首钢科教大厦增高改建工程为框架结构,层高及跨度均不能满足脚手连墙件的设置要求,另外,在建筑物转角、楼梯间部分的型钢也均无法正常设置。为此,通过改变型钢悬挑脚手架构造及连接节点,成功地解决了应用中的难点。介绍了在型钢悬挑脚手架施工过程中,斜杆抛撑、悬挑三角架、转角构造、连墙件设置等细部节点的处理方式,其成功经验可在类似工程中推广。The additional-storey reconstruction project of Beijing Shougang Group Science and Education Building is a frame structure. Neither the storey height, nor the span meets the layout requirements of scaffold wall connecting piece. Besides, some section steels located at the corners and staircases also can be not set up normally. For this purpose, the difficulties in application have been successfully solved by changing structure and connected nodes of section steel cantilevered scaffold. This paper introduces treatment methods for detailed nodes including cast diagonal brace, cantilevered tripod, corner structure, and wall connecting piece layout, during the section steel cantilevered scaffold construction. Its successful experience can be popularized in similar projects.
