摘　　要：目的:掌握本县健康人群流脑抗体水平及带菌状态,为流脑的预防控制提供科学依据。方法:按整群抽样方法,分4个年龄组在全县采集健康人群静脉血和咽试子标本进行血清抗体检测和细菌分离。结果:A群的抗体阳性率为8.24%,C群的抗体阳性率为60.00%。人群总带菌率为6.67%,其中B群的检出率最高。结论:我县的抗体阳性率较低,健康人群流脑带菌仍以B群为主,加强对健康人群带菌率及菌群变动的监测,对预测流脑的流行趋势具有重要意义。objective ：To keep informed on the eerebrospinal meningitis antibody level of the healthy groups and number of carriers and to provide scientific basis for preventing cerebrospinal meningitis. Methods by cluster sampling method,collect the vein blood of healthy people according to four groups in every part of the county and test the serum antibody and divide the virus. Results The positive rate of A group was 8.24%, and the positive rate of C group was 60.00%. The total population infection rate was 6.67%, in which the highest detection rate was B group.Conclusion The antibody positive rate of our county is relatively low, is still the main epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in B group, strengthen the health crowd infection rate and bacteria change monitoring, has important significance to predict the trend of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.
