摘　　要：球墨铸铁在铸造中容易产生表面缺陷,如表面皱皮、碳黑缺陷、缩孔和缩松、皮下气孔和球化不良等缺陷,影响铸件的质量。为了减少或消除这些缺陷的产生,通过分析这些缺陷的产生原因,进而提出防治措施,以提高铸件的质量。Ductile iron castings were easy to produce surface defects in the casting, such as surface wrinkle, carbon black defects, shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage, blowhole and abnormal noduzing, and so on, affect the surface quality of castings. In order to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of these defects, by analyzing the causes of these defects, the prevention measures are put forward to improve the quality of the casting.
