高炉风口铸造工艺研究及加工生产

摘　　要：研究了高炉风口的铸造及加工工艺,新型风口采用三段式装配的工艺方案。通过设计风口中套的生产前准备、制芯、合箱和熔炼工艺及加工工艺,生产出使用寿命较长的高炉风口,进而提高了该风口在高炉的使用寿命。The casting and processing technology of blast furnace tuyere were studied. Through the design of the tuyere has been prepared before production, core and box and smelting technology and processing technology, producing a longer service life of blast furnace tuyere. Furthermore, the service life of the tuyere in the blast furnace is improved.
