湿砂型铸造用煤粉技术指标的测定及在汽车铸件生产中的应用

摘　　要：测定了生产中使用的4种煤粉的水分,灰分,挥发分,光亮碳,含硫量,焦渣类别,给出了生产铸铁件的湿型砂的配比、性能。结果表明,采用SMFZ-1优质不自燃煤粉,铸件表面光洁,废品率下降,为铸铁件湿砂型选择煤粉提供了案例。The moisture, ash content, volatile component, lustrous carbon, sulfur content, cinder type of four kinds of pulverized coal in casting were measured, and the ratio and performance of green sand mould for cast iron parts were presented. The results show that the casting surface is clean and smooth, the defect rate is reduced by SMFZ-1 high quality non-self-igniting pulverized coal. which can be a case for the choice of pulverized coal for the green sand mould.
