摘 要:采用电弧喷涂的方法在体育器械用45钢表面制备了不同WC含量的复合涂层,研究了WC含量对涂层显微硬度、磨损质量和磨损形貌的影响,探讨了不同涂层的磨损机制。结果表明,四种涂层的显微硬度从低至高为:10%WC<15%WC<20%WC<25%WC;4种涂层的质量磨损量都随着磨损时间的延长而呈现不断增加的趋势,在相同的磨损时间内,10%WC涂层的质量磨损量最大,而20%WC涂层的质量磨损量最小,其磨损机制为微切削和轻微剥落,主要原因与涂层的致密度较高、层间结合力较强有关。Composite coatings with different WC content on the surface of steel 45 for sports equipment by electric arc spraying were prepared, the coating hardness, wear mass, morphology and mechanism of the coating with WC content were investigated. The results show that the microhardness of the four kinds of coatings from low to high sequence are 10%WC, 15%WC, 20%WC and 25%WC. The wear loss mass of the four kinds of coating increases with the extension of wear time, with the same wear time, the wear quality of 10%WC coating is the largest, while the minimum loss mass of 20%WC coating. As a result, the wear resistance of 20%WC coating is the best, and the wear mechanism is microcutting and slight spalling, which are mainly due to the high consistency of the coating, and the stronger adhesion between the coating.
