摘  要:通过壁厚测量、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析、壳体试验等手段,对螺纹连接球阀断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明,阀体最小壁厚明显低于标准要求、显微组织中铅相成网状分布且存在脆性铁相,造成螺纹连接球阀短时间内的脆性断裂。The fracture cause of ball valve with screwed connection was conducted by macro and micro appearance observation, wall thickness measurement, chemical composition analysis, metallurgical structure inspection and pressure testing. The results show that the main cause of ball valve cracking is that the minimum wall thickness is less than the standard requirement. In addition, the network distribution of Pb phase along the grain boundaries reduces the binding capacity, and the iron-rich phase destroy the continuity of substrate.
