摘  要:混合式高压直流断路器分断操作是体现断路器本质特征的核心功能。断路器分断故障大电流这一暂态过程中产生的应力是断路器电气特性研究的重点。应力分析是断路器电气、结构和试验系统设计的理论基础,其相关研究尚属空白,需要进行全面详细的解析。该文首先在断路器拓扑结构和分断运行分析的基础上研究混合式高压直流断路器毫秒级分断全过程和微秒级换流过程相关应力特性,并论述两种时间维度暂态过程之间的联系。然后,建立的断路器PSCAD/EMTDC器件级运行数字仿真电路验证毫秒级分断过程和微秒级换流过程相关应力特性及其影响因子。最后,实施的200kV断路器整机,100kV、50kV断路器单元以及单一电力电子模块分断试验结果验证仿真电路和数学分析的准确性。该文结果可指导IGBT串联阀混合式高压直流断路器电气结构和试验系统的设计。Breaking operation of hybrid DC circuit breaker is the core function which reflects the essential features as current breaking equipment.The study of the turn-off stresses derived from the fault-current breaking transient process is the key content of the electrical characteristics research of the breaker,which is the theoretical basis of the electrical,structural and experimental system design and needs to be analyzed in detail.Firstly,based on the analysis of circuit topology and breaking operation,the stress characteristics both of the millisecond overall breaking process and the microsecond commutation process had been studied.The relationship between these two kinds of processes was discussed,which aim to extract the millisecond-level breaking process and the microsecond-level commutation process stress characteristics and influencing factors.Then,in order to verify the validity of these analyses,a device-level simulation model in PSCAD/EMTDC was built.Finally,the implementation of 200 kV hybrid DC breaker、100 kV breaker unit、50 kV breaker unit and single sub-module breaking test results verified the accuracy of the simulation circuit and mathematical analysis.As above,value of this paper mainly focus on electrical,structural design and test system design for hybrid DC circuit breakers with IGBT Series Valve.
