摘  要:本文对马氏体不锈钢1Cr12Ni2W1Mo V在高温下的力学性能进行了研究,结果表明:随着温度的升高,1Cr12Ni2W1Mo V不锈钢试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度均减小,当温度超过400℃时,1Cr12Ni2W1Mo V不锈钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度迅速下降;随着温度的升高,1Cr12Ni2W1Mo V不锈钢的伸长率和断面收缩率先减小后增大。在温度为300~400℃时,1Cr12Ni2W1Mo V不锈钢的塑性较差;随着加热温度的升高,弹性模量减小。The mechanical properties of 1Cr12Ni2W1MoV martensitic stainless steel at high temperature was studied. The results show that with the increase of temperature,the tensile and yield strength of the steel specimens both decrease. When the temperature exceeds 400 ℃,the tensile strength and yield strength of the steel decrease rapidly. But with the increase of temperature,the elongation and contraction at the1 Cr12Ni2W1MoV stainless steel first decreases and then increases. The 1 Cr12Ni2W1MoV stainless steel shows poor plasticity at the temperature of 300-400 ℃,and with the increase of heating temperature,the elastic modulus decreases.
