摘 要:研究了退火处理终冷温度对TRIP钢力学性能的影响,运用SEM、EBSD和TEM微观分析手段探讨了TRIP钢的精细组织。结果表明:随终冷温度的提高,屈服强度呈现单调降低的趋势,抗拉强度先降低后升高,伸长率的变化趋势与抗拉强度正好相反;经不同终冷温度处理后的TRIP钢均由铁素体、贝氏体和残留奥氏体三相组成,晶粒随机分布,没有明显的取向;残留奥氏体存在两种形式,存在于铁素体晶内的孤岛状残留奥氏体,尺寸在0.2μm左右,铁素体晶界处1μm左右的块状残留奥氏体。Effect of finish cooling temperature of annealing on the mechanical properties and microstructure of TRIP steel was investigated,and the fine microstructure was analyzed by using of SEM,EBSD and TEM. The results indicate that with increasing the finish cooling temperature,the yield strength decreases monotonously,and the tensile strength decreases first and then increases. The change trend of the elongation is just opposite to that of the tensile strength. Microstructure of the TRIP steel treated by using different finish cooling temperatures are composed of ferrite,bainite and austenite,and the grain orientation has randomly distribution. There are two kinds of retained austenite,i. e.,island type( about 0.2 μm in size) distributing isolatedly in ferrite gains,and massive type( about 1 μm in size) at ferrite grain boundary.
