多通道飞机地面电源波形记录器的研究

摘　　要：为实现飞机地面电源供电特性的长时监控,研制了波形记录器。采用PC/104计算机、多路并行高速数据采集卡等硬件设备和Lab VIEW测试软件搭建了嵌入式计算机测控平台。通过操作系统优化、两级数据缓冲、文件自动分割等软硬件技术手段的综合应用,降低了通用操作系统资源占用率高、实时性差对连续实时数据采样的影响,实现了10通道、16bit分辨率、200k S/s采样率连续波形采集及记录功能。通过对模拟信号的测试采集,记录器全程工作稳定,采样数据完整连续,实现了基于通用计算机平台的高速数据采集记录。A waveform recorder is raised to achieve continuously monitoring characteristics of aircraft ground support electrical supplies. The PC/104 computer, multichannel parallel high-speed data acquisition card, etc hardware and LabVIEW software is adopted to build embedded computer measuring and controlling platform. The influence of high resources usage and low real-time in general operating system is reduced by the application of comprehensive technology, such as operating system optimization, two levels of data buffer, file segmentation, etc. The function of 10 channels, 16bit resolution, and 200kS/s sampling rate continuous waveform sampling and recording is achieved. Through the test of simulation signal acquisition, the recorder stable works during the whole process, the sample data is complete and continuous. The high-speed data sampling and recording in general computer platform is achieved.
