乌拉地尔对高血压合并急性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨乌拉地尔对高血压合并急性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院高血压合并急性心力衰竭患者200例,随机分成两组,每组100例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组患者给予硝酸甘油,观察组患者予以乌拉地尔;记录并比较两组患者治疗前后心功能变化。结果:治疗7 d后,两组患者心功能指标均有所改善,且观察组LVEDD、LVEDV、LVEF及CI改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌拉地尔改善高血压合并急性心力衰竭患者心功能的效果优于硝酸甘油,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the effect of Urapidil on cardiac function in patients with hypertension complicated with acute mental exhaustion.Method：A total of 200 patients of hypertension complicated with acute heart failure in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given Nitroglycerin,the patients in the observation group were treated with Urapidil;compared the changes of cardiac function before and after treatment between the two groups.Result：After the treatment of 7 days,the cardiac function indexes of the patients in two groups were improved,the LVEDD,LVEDV,LVEF and CI in observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Urapidil can improves the cardiac function of hypertensive patients with acute heart failure,which is better than Nitroglycerin,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
