摘　　要：介绍了纯棉宽幅机织家纺面料的冷轧堆前处理、直辊丝光机丝光、冷轧堆染色、拉幅定形、机械预缩等染整加工技术和要点。生产的纯棉宽幅机织家纺面料的经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-3.0%^+1.0%,色光前后一致,各项色牢度≥4级。The processing techniques and key points of broadloom cotton home textile fabric are introduced, including the cold pad-batch pretreatment, mercerizing using straight roll mercerizing machine, cold pad-batch dyeing, stenter setting and sanforizing. The shrinkage rate in warp and weft direction of the broadloom cotton home textile fabric is -3.0%-＋ 1.0%, the fabric has consistent color, and the color fastnesses are above Grade 4.
