摘　　要：本文分析了国有土地资产管理的目标,指出当前国有土地资产管理面临土地市场改革深化、国企改制以及集约节约利用的新形势、新要求,提出了加强国有土地资产管理的相关建议。This paper has analyzed the goal of state-owned land assets management in China. It has pointed out that the current state-owned land assets management is facing the new situations and new requirements of the deepening of the land market reform, the reform movement of the state-owned enterprises and intensive use of land and land use saving. Some suggestions on strengthening the management of state-owned land assets are put forward.
