摘　　要：文章基于国土资源科技成果转化调研情况和成果转化年度报告,阐述了国土资源科技成果转化在政策、管理机构、保障条件等方面的现状,认为国土资源科技成果和完成单位基础性、公益性的性质,决定转化特征、方式、需求、效益的不同。根据成果转化存在的问题,提出从制度体系、能力建设、经费投入、宣传推广角度深化改革,确保国土资源科技成果在实际应用中释放出巨大能量。Based on the research results and the Annual Report of the Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation of Ministry of Land and Resources, the paper analyzes the current situation of S＆T achievements transformation in policy, management organization, guarantee conditions and so on. The fundamental and public welfare properties of S＆T achievements in land and resources and the project completion unit have determined the differences in transformation characteristics, methods, requirements and benefits. According to the existing problems in the S＆T achievements transformation, the paper puts forward a plan to deepen the reform from the perspectives of institutional system, capacity-building, funding investment and promotion to ensure that the scientific and technological achievements in land and resources can release enormous energy in their practical applications.
